Married to her elementary school crush, Casey and Ben are native to Central VA (Greenwood). They both are seasoned career professionals and work hard to build a life based on purpose, passion and love.
Casey not only brings with her a wide variety of experiences, education and skills; she has been through many of the same life challenges... Meaning, she knows what it's like to take the journey.
Casey graduated from Darden, a top 10 ranked business school in 2017 after traveling around the world for 21 months with Darden's top-ranked faculty - learning about business, marketing, operations, finance and leadership.
A 2003 graduate of James Madison University - Casey studied Sociology in a pursuit to learn more about human social behavior, patterns of social relationships and social interactions.
Casey found her love for coaching during her time helping MBA students find their career post-MBA. After completing the coaching program with iPEC, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, she is able to help a broader spectrum of individuals find purpose, meaning and happiness in their lives.
Ben and Casey acquired a franchise in 2022. We employ individuals across Central VA, focused on residential and commercial cleaning. Our company wants to take the stress our of your day so you can enjoy life more.
Casey's heart is full when spending time with her son, Cannon. He is a blessing and a perfect "mini-me" of sorts. They are both competitive about sports! Most weekends, you can find her cheerleading on the sidelines of a sports field or court - Baseball, Football, Basketball and more.
*Now you know where the name Cannon Ridge came from!
Casey's mom instilled a love of horses in her at a very, very young age. With no formal lessons until her late 30's, Casey took to jumping around a ring. But in 2019, she found professional polo player, UVA graduate and now friend, Kyle Sheehan. A life-changing polo lesson and experience (her husband probably regrets to this day) married her passion for sports and horses. There is nothing like playing on two teams at once (one with your peers on the field and two with your horses).
Cannon Ridge Farm was founded in late 2020 when Ben and Casey purchased a nearby parcel. Over the course of three years, both have built multiple paddocks, run-in sheds, installed water lines and electricity runs with continued buildout and growth planned. Built out of love for horses, both have done all the work themselves (with help from family and friends). Cannon Ridge Farm currently boards 9 athletes - mainly polo playing horses, one retiree and one handsome off the track thoroughbred. Casey's favorite activities when not riding horses, is riding the mower!
